John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate completed waterfront improvements at its Cape Coral office, adding a new dock and reinforcing the property’s seawall. The office at 4017 Del Prado Blvd. S., near Southeast 46th Street, has direct canal access to the Caloosahatchee River. The project included installing 162 feet of vinyl sheet piling in front of the existing seawall, pouring a wider cap along the wall and adding a 4-by-25-foot landing dock. The dock will allow agents to take customers by boat to tour Gulf-access properties and neighborhoods. Cape Coral-based Honc Marine Contracting completed the project. Additional landscaping, signage and exterior lighting are planned.
