Obsessed with them or not, there’s no escaping the Labubu frenzy. And now, Pop Mart’s cute elf-like collectibles are getting a new home right here in Miami.
As reported by the Miami New Times, the global toy brand behind adorable designer figures and other blind boxes is opening its first brick-and-mortar at Dolphin Mall on Saturday, September 12. The new store will stand steps away from the Bass Pro Shops, opposite of the mall’s food court.
It’ll join the already existing “Robo Shop” vending machine that fueled last year’s frenzy for the toys, becoming a go-to for collectors and passersby alike.
Beyond Labubus — the mischievous characters part of The Monsters series that have built a cult-like following — the Chinese retailer is known for other offerings like Molly, Crybaby, Dimoo, Twinkle Twinkle, Skullpanda, Hirono and Peach Riot. Stores also carry blind box collaborations with franchises like Disney, Sanrio, One Piece and SpongeBob Squarepants, alongside world-famous museums and K-pop artists.

Despite temporary pop-ups like a holiday shop at Aventura Mall and World Cup-themed items at Brickell City Centre, the Miami opening will mark Pop Mart’s second permanent South Florida store. It follows the debut of its Pembroke Lakes Mall location earlier this summer, which you can visit in the meantime.
