After forming in the eastern Atlantic Ocean Thursday, Tropical Storm Dolly continues on a track toward the Caribbean Sea, with a doomed future.
Dolly is not expected to strengthen much as it encounters the Saharan dust layer and storm-shredding upper level winds before reaching the Caribbean islands. National Hurricane Center forecasters said they expect Dolly to fizzle over open water.
