A cyclist was rushed to the hospital after they were hit by a driver on Rickenbacker Causeway, according to Miami police.
It happened on Saturday at around 8:30 a.m. at 3501 Rickenbacker Causeway.
Police said they responded to a traffic crash involving both a vehicle and a cyclist.
The cyclist was rushed to Jackson Memorial Hospital. Their name and the extent of their injuries were not provided.
The driver remained on the scene and is cooperating with police, authorities said, and the circumstances surrounding what led up to the crash remain under investigation.
