FHP responds to deadly crash on Haines Street west of Mathews Bridge

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Florida Highway Patrol responded to a fatal crash on Haines Street at the Mathews Expressway on Monday evening.

As of 7:30 p.m., there were no roadblocks.
