Holmes Beach police arrested Christopher Reisner, 27, of St. Petersburg, Aug. 20 for alleged felony of possession of cocaine.
He also was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol and refusing to submit to DUI testing, second-degree misdemeanors.
The arrest began as a traffic stop.
Reisner was taken to the Manatee County jail, where he was released the same day after posting $1,650 bond.
If convicted, punishment for a third-degree felony includes up to five years in prison.
Convictions for a second-degree misdemeanor carry up to 60 days in jail.
An arraignment will be Oct. 2 at the Manatee County Judicial Center in Bradenton.
