The Walt Disney World Railroad at Magic Kingdom will be closed for refurbishment for one month this fall.

The train will be closed from September 28 through October 29, 2026. It will reopen to guests on October 30.
After it reopens, it will continue operating in shuttle mode, which means it only goes back and forth between Main Street, U.S.A. and Storybook Circus. The Frontierland station is closed due to construction of Piston Peak National Park and Disney Villains land.
