Orlando Magic games to air on WMOR-TV in Tampa
TAMPA, Fla. —
The Orlando Magic and WMOR-TV, a Hearst Television-owned station, announced a partnership to telecast Magic games for Tampa viewers during the 2026-27 season.
All regular season games, excluding national exclusives, will be broadcast over-the-air on WMOR-TV Channel 32.
The announcement represents an expansion of the partnership between the team and the station, which aired 10 Magic games under an agreement for the 2025-26 season.
“We are excited to partner with WMOR-TV and Hearst to bring Magic basketball to our Tampa fans,” said Magic President of Business Operations Charlie Freeman. “WMOR-TV will provide Magic fans a direct connection to the team all season long.”
“We’re thrilled to grow our relationship with the Magic and to expand accessibility to Magic basketball across Central Florida,” said WMOR-TV President and General Manager John Soapes. “This partnership reflects a shared commitment to delivering high-quality local sports programming and creating new opportunities for fans to connect with their team.”
Dante Marchitelli will serve as the full-time play-by-play voice of the Magic and will again be joined by former Magic forward Jeff Turner as analyst. Kendra Douglas enters her fourth season as the Magic team reporter.
WMOR-TV serves Tampa-St. Petersburg, the country’s 11th largest television market. Magic broadcasts will also be available throughout the team’s regional territory. A complete station lineup and broadcast schedule will be announced at a later date.
The Magic will also announce a direct-to-consumer streaming partner in the near future.
