Coastland Residential has secured a $84.5 million loan for Vybe 75, a 366-unit residential community located at 4383 SW 75 Ave. in Miami’s Bird Road District.
The development represents the first phase of a long-term vision to deliver approximately 1,000 new residences, neighborhood-serving retail, and community public art designed to strengthen one of Miami-Dade County’s most authentic and culturally vibrant districts.
For decades, Bird Road has served as a crossroads of commerce, creativity, entrepreneurship, and community. Home to artists, galleries, locally owned small businesses, and generations of Miami families, the district has developed a distinct identity that reflects the diversity, energy, and character of South Florida itself.
As Miami continues to grow, the challenge facing many established neighborhoods is how to welcome new investment while preserving the qualities that define them. Coastland Residential believes thoughtful development can achieve both.
Vybe 75 was designed to address one of the region’s most pressing needs, attainable housing, while preserving and strengthening the character, creativity, and sense of place that define the Bird Road District. The eight-story project, with premium rooftop amenities designed by Corwil Architects, represents a significant investment in housing for Miami’s young working population, including teachers, healthcare professionals, first responders, hospitality employees, skilled tradespeople, entrepreneurs, and other working professionals.
The development will include approximately 5,000 square feet of neighborhood-serving retail space designed to support local businesses, activate the streetscape, and contribute to a more walkable and connected community experience.

Coastland Residential selected Raymond Nicholas, a Miami-based interior design studio led by Raymond Jiménez, to lead the interior design vision for Vybe 75. A Miami native of Cuban-American heritage, Jiménez brings a deep understanding of the city’s cultural influences and neighborhoods.
The design-forward program for Vybe 75 draws inspiration from the surrounding community, creating a residential living experience that reflects the culture, energy, and diversity that shape Miami and feels authentically connected to the Bird Road District.
Upon completion, Vybe 75 and its residents will support local businesses and contribute to the continued growth of the Bird Road District.
Over future phases, Coastland Residential expects to deliver approximately 1,000 residences and additional retail opportunities, creating a long-term investment platform that supports sustainable growth while preserving the character that defines the community.
