TAMPA, Fla. – Two crashes in Tampa, including a fatal one, are thwarting Friday morning traffic.
The fatal crash happened on I-75 southbound at Fletcher Ave just before 6 a.m. Two lanes were blocked and the off-ramp to Fletcher was shut down.
That has caused major delays.
A short while later, a crash on northbound I-75 near Bruce B. Downs Blvd. closed three lanes. That forced one lane of traffic to move along the shoulder.
Long delays and backups are happening there as well.
