Herron Real Estate, a residential real estate company based in Jacksonville, opened House of Coffee, a luxury coffee shop and the brokerage’s new St. Johns County headquarters, on Saturday, Aug. 29.
Co-founder Christine Herron is excited for the coffee shop to serve as a deluxe meeting place and a beautiful space for the community to gather.
House of Coffee is a lavish, Old-World-inspired coffee shop that features a second-story mezzanine lined with bookcases and plenty of cozy seating. Its warm atmosphere is designed to host community nights with live music and a curated selection of local wine and beer.
House of Coffee proudly sources their elevated menu from local businesses. Their coffee is sourced from a Jacksonville favorite, Bold Bean. Their delicious selection of sandwiches and pastries are delivered fresh every day from Miss Cruffin French Pastry. House of Coffee will serve an additional sweet treat, Italian based gelato, sourced from Gelato Go in Orlando and delivered weekly. Herron said that she tried several different brands of gelato, and she could taste the difference.
Herron Real Estate has plans to expand to Fernandina Beach, Herron said. Going forward, they plan to build a House of Coffee at each new location.
On Friday, Aug. 28, House of Coffee hosted their soft launch, First Pour, for real estate agents and local influencers. House of Coffee is looking forward to celebrating their grand opening in November as well, Herron said.
