Deadly Labor Day crash closes Florida’s Turnpike near Okeechobee Road in Fort Pierce

{p}The St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a deadly traffic crash near mile marker 166 on Florida’s Turnpike in Fort Pierce. SLCSO said that due to the crash investigation, both the northbound and southbound lanes of the Turnpike are closed at Okeechobee Road.
