Heavy rain expected across Central Florida on Labor Day

Heavy rain and widespread thunderstorms are expected across Central Florida on Monday.

There’s an 80% chance of showers and storms across the area.

This is due to a cold front and a low-pressure system moving across the region this afternoon.

Highs will reach the lower 90s.

Wet weather is expected to continue through the week, with elevated chances of rain lasting into the weekend.
