Are you craving pizza on the beach? There’s a new spot to check out, one that might especially intrigue millennials.
After debuting its walk-up pizza window over July Fourth weekend, Frankie’s Pizza Parlor has celebrated the grand opening of its full-service restaurant and bar at 6340 Gulf Blvd. in St. Pete Beach, according to a news release.
The neighborhood pizzeria, from the team behind the recently launched Luce hotel, features indoor seating and serves up New York-style pies, house-made pasta, pizza sandwiches, salads and chicken wings.
Highlights include menu items that nod to the 1990s, among them Dunkerz (warm mini-cookies served with rainbow sprinkle frosting) and the frozen Jules Freeze cocktail (a boozy spin on that orange-and-vanilla-flavored food court treat beloved by mall rats). The signature Chicken Parmesan dish for two is finished tableside with molten mozzarella and Parmesan. And a mix of classic varieties and specialty creations like Eat Your Young (topped with gator sausage, bacon, caramelized onions, pepper jack cheese and datil honey) make up the pizza selection.

Frankie’s has a sports bar sensibility. There are 18 TVs throughout the space for game-day viewing and a dozen beers on draft, including Frankie’s West Coast IPA brewed by 3 Daughters Brewing. Cocktails and wines round out the bar offerings.
And worry not. The pizza window remains for customers on the go.
“We’ve loved watching the community and hotel guests discover Frankie’s through the pizza window this summer and now we get to welcome them in for the full experience with pizza, beer and a game on every screen,” said Jeremy DaSilva, general manager of The Luce, in the release. “This full-service restaurant is a natural next step for The Luce, giving guests and locals a true neighborhood spot to gather right on the Gulf.”
Frankie’s is adjacent to the hotel, which replaced the former Postcard Inn. It’s open from 11 a.m.-10 p.m. daily, with happy hour running from 3-6 p.m. Thursday-Sunday.
