NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A doggy daycare owner is behind bars after a hidden camera was found in a bathroom, capturing unsuspecting women and a child in various stages of undress.

The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office says its deputies responded to Dog Dayz Inn near New Smyrna Beach on Monday after one of the employees discovered the hidden camera in an electrical outlet. Detectives with the VSO Child Exploitation Unit responded to execute a search warrant and investigate.

When speaking with law enforcement, Donald Hemphill, 59, admitted to installing the camera about four or five months ago. Multiple videos on the camera showed females, unbeknownst to them, in stages of undress. One of the victims recorded was a child.
