ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WWSB) – St. Petersburg police are investigating after a deceased adult man was found floating in the water near The Pier on Tuesday afternoon.
The body was spotted shortly before 2 p.m., according to the St. Petersburg Police Department.
Sheriff’s Office Investigating After Human Remains Recovered Near Sunshine Skyway Bridge
St. Petersburg Marine Patrol recovered the body and brought it to the marina.
Investigators are working to identify the man. The medical examiner will determine the cause of death, police said.
