“Once Upon a Time in America”: Robert De Niro, Joe Pesci, James Woods, and Tuesday Weld filmed scenes from the 1984 crime drama at Florida’s beautiful “Pink Palace,” otherwise known as the Don CeSar in St. Petersburg.
