JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Four people were arrested and four vehicles were taken off the road after a Labor Day car meetup in Jacksonville grew to roughly 30 vehicles, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.

JSO said the meetup was held off Blanding Boulevard before participants headed toward Friendship Fountain on the Southbank.
Juan Solivan, 18, and Joseph Ezzo, 20, are each facing at least one felony charge.
Two other suspects, both 18, are facing misdemeanors.
News4JAX is not naming those suspects because they are charged with misdemeanors.
JSO said Solivan was also arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and had an active warrant for his arrest.
The operation involved Community Problem Response, K9, Aviation, Unmanned Aerial Systems, Specialized Traffic Enforcement and patrol officers, the agency said.
Officers issued 15 traffic citations and four warnings. Two vehicles were impounded for 30 days, while two others were seized for forfeiture, according to JSO.
The sheriff’s office said it does not oppose car meetups but will intervene when they involve street racing, stunt driving or other reckless behavior.
JSO also warned that passengers can receive citations if they are riding in a vehicle involved in street racing or stunt driving.
The agency said 122 people have been killed on Jacksonville roads and urged drivers to operate their vehicles safely.
