Kress Contemporary’s “Oh Cuore Mia: Love Letters to Ybor City” is the gift that keeps on giving, even in its final week. Opened in July—and set to close on Sept. 17—the multimedia exhibition is all about the historic district, specifically how the neighborhood’s history and cultural aesthetic influenced local artists.
For this walking tour “Drunk Tampa History” lector Manny Leto laces up his shoes to guide folks past some of Ybor City’s most important cultural sites both standing and long gone. The tour includes a complimentary beverage, “Oh Cuore Mia’ gallery tour, and the aforementioned walk through the district.
