Taylor Swift may be in her honeymoon era, so fans can dive into this immersive orchestral concert instead.
Composer Steve Hackman is no stranger to mashups (he’s given Radiohead the Brahms treatment and done the same to Kendrick Lamar and Stravinsky), and recently told WUSF that if he wanted to stay relevant he needed to do the same for the most popular songwriter of our generation.
Explicitly not a tribute, and not sanctioned by Swift herself, the show is almost theatrical and broken down into themes all delivered with the help of singers, a chorus from the Master Chorale of Tampa Bay, and members of The Florida Orchestra.
