ORLANDO, Fla. (Sept. 12, 2026) — Antoine Griezmann scored in a fifth consecutive match as Orlando City SC (10-11-4, 34 points) defeated Toronto FC (6-8-11, 29 points) 3-0 on Saturday night at Inter.co Stadium. The result extends Orlando’s unbeaten streak to four games (3-0-1) and keeps the Club sixth in the Eastern Conference standings with nine regular season games remaining.

The Lions opened the scoring just before halftime when Zakaria Taifi sent a cross from the right wing across the face of goal and Griezmann met it with an acrobatic finish off to score in a fifth consecutive game and bring his regular-season tally to eight goals.

Rookie Harvey Sarajian doubled the lead in the 82nd minute after a solo run through multiple defenders. Daryl Dike collected the ball and played Sarajian into the box, where he slotted a shot into the lower left corner for his first MLS goal.

The No.5 overall pick in the 2026 MLS SuperDraft then turned provider, passing the ball to Justin Ellis who then fed Iván Angulo into the left side of the box. Angulo took a touch toward the endline and around his defender before sending a low shot past goalkeeper Luka Gavran to put the game away in stoppage time.

Orlando City returns to 2026 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup action on Wednesday, Sept. 16, when the Lions travel to face the Columbus Crew in the semifinals. Kickoff from ScottsMiracle-Gro Field is set for 7 p.m. ET on CBS Sports Network.

At first, I saw no one was there, so I hesitated. Then I took another touch, saw him making the run and just put it in because I knew he was going to get it.”
