TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – An Orlando woman is dead following a single vehicle crash in Gadsden County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
FHP said the crash happened on I-10 in Gadsden County around 1:40 p.m. Saturday.
The driver, identified as a 28-year-old woman, veered into the media, hitting several trees, FHP said.
The vehicle then caught fire, according to FHP.
The driver was taken to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead. A passenger was also taken to the hospital with “non-incapacitating injuries,” FHP said.
