The search for a missing Miami Gardens Police K-9 is over, authorities said.
According to officials, Gael, the 2-year-old Labrador who disappeared last week, was found and has been reunited with his handler.
Gael went missing Monday night while officers were responding to a business alarm in Miami Gardens.
Surveillance video later showed the police dog had been hit by a vehicle before he ran away.
Police announced that Gael had been found safe and is back home.
