It’s been roughly three years since Alex Killorn left the Tampa Bay Lightning, and now the waterfront home where the star forward launched his popular jet-ski-based podcast Dock Talk with Killer is for sale on Davis Islands.
Located at 603 Marmora Ave. the home was purchased by Killorn in 2018 for $2.8 million, according to property records. Shortly after the purchase the home was remodeled by Oxford Design, the same group that’s responsible for the interior design of local spots like Oxford Exchange, the new Mad Dogs and Englishmen, and others.
The 4,406-square-foot home comes with four bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a putting green, a pool and spa, an outdoor kitchen, a dock and more.
After 11 seasons with the Lightning and two back-to-back Stanley Cup titles in 2020 and 2021, “Killer” signed a four-year contract with the Anaheim Ducks.
The Killorn house is currently asking $5.85 million, and the listing agent is Allan Mezrah with the Toni Everett Company.
