JACKSONVILLE, Onslow County — Families are invited to a free community block party in Jacksonville this weekend.
LikeMinded Alliance will host its third annual Community Block Party on Saturday, Sept. 19.
The event runs from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. at Riverwalk Crossing, located at 421 Court Street.
Organizers say the event will feature food, music, local vendors, community resources and activities for all ages.
The event will also include a kids zone and a car, bike and Jeep meet, according to the event flyer.
Organizers encourage attendees to bring a chair.
