JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Jaguars have opened a new Sales Center where current and prospective Season Ticket Members can explore seating and hospitality options for the Stadium of the Future.
The center, located at 501 Touchdown Drive on the former Jacksonville Fairgrounds property, is open by appointment only. The first client meetings began Wednesday afternoon.

Designed around the Jaguars’ identity, the Sales Center features the team’s colors, traditions, historical media and hype decks. The experience is intended to guide fans through the reimagined stadium while connecting them to the franchise’s past, present and future.
“From the moment our current and future Season Ticket Members come through the front doors, they will be immersed in an experiential journey crafted to truly ‘wow’ the fanbase,” Jaguars President Mark Lamping said.
The center includes an Immersive Cube developed by Advent, an experiential design and technology company. The Cube uses 10 million pixels across a high-fidelity LED environment covering the walls and floor, creating a 180-degree canvas that transports visitors into the Stadium of the Future.

“The Immersive Cube is more than a piece of cool technology,” Advent CEO John Roberson said. “It transforms conceptual spaces into tangible, emotionally charged narratives that inspire connection and investment.”
Season Ticket Members will be scheduled for appointments through a four-phase process based on priority status, including their current stadium seat location. Fans will be able to view comparable locations in the new stadium as those areas become available.
The seating selection schedule is:
Premium seating: Begins September 2026
Club seating: Begins fall and winter 2026
General 100 and 200 levels: Begins winter 2026 through summer 2027
Upper Bowl 400 level: Begins fall 2027
Season Ticket Members from the past two seasons will have priority access when their selection phase opens.
New Season Ticket Members can place a deposit at jaguars.com/SOTFtickets to express interest and be contacted about an appointment.
