Cape Coral’s Founders Park closed for repairs until November | Lee County

CAPE CORAL, Fla. (WINK) — Founders Park is closed for construction and is scheduled to reopen on Nov. 2.

According to Cape Coral Parks and Recreation, construction is underway on a new 200-foot-long by 5-foot-wide marginal dock.

The project is funded by the CRA and supports the CRA Redevelopment Plan’s vision for enhanced waterfront amenities, improved access and a more active, connected waterfront destination.

Cape Coral Parks and Recreation thanked the public for their patience while the project is underway.
