A Jacksonville man was arrested Sunday by the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office on multiple sex offense charges connected to two cases.
Shaun Michael Anthony Frank, 23, of Jasmine Lane in Jacksonville, was charged with statutory rape of a child 15 years of age or younger and indecent liberties with a child in one case, and second-degree forcible rape in another, according to N.C. court records.
Court records list the alleged offense dates as May 19, 2024, for the statutory rape and indecent liberties charges, and Feb. 20, 2025, for the second-degree forcible rape charge.
He is being held without bond at the Onslow County Jail.
