JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A crash on northbound I-295 near the I-10 interchange has blocked two right lanes and is causing significant traffic delays.
The third lane was impeded as motorists stopped to help those involved. Traffic moved slowly along the left shoulder.
Drivers heading north on I-295 from Clay County can exit at Normandy Boulevard, take Lane Avenue to Commonwealth Avenue and re-enter I-295 to avoid the crash.
