CAPE CORAL, Fla. (WINK) — Cape Coral firefighters responded to a call about a kitten trapped in a vehicle’s engine compartment earlier this week and discovered four kittens instead of one.
Rescue 5 safely rescued all four kittens from their unexpected hiding spot.
Firefighters attempted to reunite them with their mother, but she could not be found.
The kittens will be available for adoption at Lee County Domestic Animal Services for anyone interested in giving the smoke-colored kittens a home.
