TAMPA, Fla. — The Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission (FWC) is extending the fall Red Snapper Season this year.
FWC says it will run for 14 days from October 9th through the 22nd.
Anglers must have a saltwater fishing license and declare any fishing trips for red snappers with FWC.
You’re permitted to catch one fish per person per day and 10 per group.
You can also only use equipment the state authorizes.
