Isolated rain Thursday; First taste of fall this weekend
Expect subtle relief this weekend as drier air filters into the Gulf Coast.
As drier air filters into the region Thursday, expect lower rain chances this afternoon. While isolated afternoon showers will still be possible, more communities will stay dry today with highs in the low 90s.
Your Gulf Coast Weather Most Accurate Forecast says rain chances remain slim through the weekend with highs trending cooler in the upper 80s. This weekend will be a taste of the dry season which officially returns in three weeks.
By Sunday morning, many inland and northern communities will see the coolest start in months in the 60s! With slightly lower humidity in place this weekend, be sure to take advantage of the relief as higher humidity returns next week.
