Edge House Miami has unveiled a new collection of 100 private office suites exclusively available to qualifying condominium buyers, introducing a dedicated professional workspace component within the 57-story Edgewater development.
New renderings provide the first look at the offices, which will be available to buyers of select two- and three-bedroom residences priced from $1.2 million. Rather than placing another desk inside the residence, qualifying owners will have their own dedicated workspace elsewhere within the building.
Each private office will span approximately 100 square feet and be delivered fully furnished and ready for use, featuring a lockable glass entry, professional desk and chair, Wi-Fi connectivity and TV pre-wiring.
The offices will be incorporated into a larger business environment with conference and meeting rooms, reception services and coworking areas, along with a professional-grade podcast studio and an on-site café and bakery.
