PORT ST. LUCIE — When you’re known as the best Cuban-American bakery in Miami, have 30 locations across the Sunshine State and eight more storefronts scheduled to open soon, you have plenty of reason to celebrate.
Vicky Bakery on Gatlin Boulevard is doing just that with “Nine Days of Vicky” — nine days of deals from Oct. 1-9.
A different special will be offered each day, including favorites such as a free palmera with the purchase of a café con leche and four pastelitos for $4.
Founded in 1972, the celebration is a nod to the iconic Cuban bakery’s more than 50-year history and the classics that have been part of South Florida life for generations.
Guests also can participate in a Vicky stamp card throughout the nine-day celebration. The first 10 people to complete their card at each location will receive a special gift, and two lucky tote bags will include a surprise year of free pastelitos.
The Gatlin Boulevard location, which opened in December 2025, may opt out of some of the brand-wide deals due to certain restrictions.

Oct. 3: Three cangrejitos for $5. (Not available at the Gatlin Boulevard location).
Oct. 4: Cuban cake slice for $3.75.
Oct. 5: Original chocolate chip cookie recipe for $2.50.
Oct. 6: Guava brazo gitano slice for $5, available for a limited time.
Oct. 7: Guava preparado for $5, available for a limited time.
Oct. 8: Sandwich combo for $12-$15, including any sandwich, a drink and a pastelito.
Oct. 9: Vicky Day/Pastelito Day, with four pastelitos for $4.
