TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Tampa is turning pink on Friday in honor of Dolly Parton Day.
City Hall, the Riverwalk, and Curtis Hixon Fountain will be glowing, as Mayor Jane Castor described in a post on Facebook, “brighter than a rhinestone jacket.”
