The circumstances around Saturday night’s game at Subaru Park aren’t exactly ideal.

The Philadelphia Union and Orlando City have a combined 11 players unavailable due to international duty.

The Union will have to replace almost half of their regular starting XI, but they aren’t as bad of shape as you’d think.

“We’re not making a big point of it because when I look at the team we’re going to put out on Saturday, there’s still a ton of quality,” Union interim head coach Ryan Richter said. “When I look at the group, you talk about putting in players that have a pretty good track record in this league and other leagues. The message is the same and we attack this game trying to win.”
