TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – I have been saying it all weekend… and it is true! If you love both the cooler weather and the summer sun, this weather is for you!
Fall morning, summer afternoons
Sip on that hot coffee, hot cocoa or pumpkin spice latte again this morning. We are once again looking at a cool start to our day! So refreshing!
You may need a light jacket and flannel weather once again this morning. You won’t need the layers much after sunrise as temperatures easily climb into the upper 80s, with some spots approaching 90 this afternoon. Fall in the morning, summer in the afternoon.
Monday and Tuesday look and feel pretty similar to today, with cool starts and very warm afternoons. More sun than clouds.
The change begins…
Reality sets back in by midweek as tropical moisture returns. This means the humidity is back! Could not get away from summer that easily. The muggy meter will remain high to very high midweek and through the upcoming weekend.
Rain chances will start to climb back up too. While there will be no major weather system, sea breeze showers and clouds do return with an onshore wind through the weekend.
Highs will be in the upper 80s to low 90s, feeling like the mid-90s in the afternoon. Mornings will be less comfortable in the low 70s.
