September 29, 2026 – The restaurant Sourdough Co. has signed a lease for the nearly 11,000-square-foot Union Trust Bank building at 895 Central Ave., bringing new life to the century-old downtown landmark. The building was previously slated to become J. Fiore’s Contemporary Steakhouse in 2024, but the upscale eatery never opened its vaults.
