STUART — Whether you’re looking for a unique date night, a fun night with friends or simply love the magic of Halloween, the “Monster Mash at the Museum” is the perfect way to celebrate the season.
Costumes, Halloween hits and a lively dance floor will take over the Elliott Museum during the dance party Friday, Oct. 23.
The event will be from 6 to 9 p.m. and will feature music from professional DJ MrG, a complimentary beverage, light bites, a Halloween-themed photo booth and a costume contest with prizes.
Part of the fun will be seeing what guests wear. Costumes can range from vampires, pirates and superheroes to movie characters, historical figures and classic Halloween favorites.
The costume contest will include three categories: Most Creative, Spookiest and Best Couple.
Guests who prefer not to dress up are welcome to come as they are and enjoy the evening at the museum.
Tickets are available by calling or visiting Elliott Museum Guest Services at 772-225-1961, ext. 100, or online at hsmc-fl.com/special-events.
