Downtown Tampa and Ybor City have a new spot for fresh food and drink. TOTUM Market & Eatery has officially soft opened on the ground floor at Harrison Residences, located at 1120 N Nebraska Ave.
The buzzy new spot brings an entirely new experience to the neighborhood. The expansive space features a market with a showcase of organic, fresh and healthy eats with a decidedly local flair, including prepared meals. In addition to local favorites, there is fresh produce, wild flowers, snacks, pasta, home goods, breads, coffees, sandwiches, drinks, and much more.

That market experience is complemented by a beautiful cafe and bar, including local beans from Tampa Bay roasters Paradeco Coffee Co. The eatery features freshly-prepared sandwiches, pizzas, salads, dips and more. To cap it off, TOTUM has a full bottle shop with natural wines, craft spirits, and non-alcoholic options.
The addition of TOTUM gives the neighborhood a destination that functions as both a healthy food option and a community gathering space. The location is doubly perfect for those in Harrison Residences, the popular new downtown Tampa apartment community. Pair TOTUM with their rooftop pool deck and in-house pickleball courts and yoga studio, and you’ve got your full health and fitness plan taken care of. Harrison is currently offering six weeks free to new residents.
It’s a fitting pairing, as TOTUM’s ethos is about becoming part of the community. Between residents at Harrison and the thousands living nearby in Downtown and Ybor City, the market and cafe are set to become a community gathering spot.

Tampa’s must-try cafe at Harrison Residences
We got an early taste of the cafe and eatery side of the experience and our team came away highly impressed. The Pandan Matcha (topped with a delicious matcha whipped cream) was a staff favorite, and we appreciate the dedication to Tampa Bay Area companies with more than 20 different local spots featured throughout the eatery and market.
There is bread from The Sourdoughist, bagels from Pete’s Bagels, popsicles from The Hyppo, and even the premade meals come from Tampa’s LS Organics. The fresh sandwiches, salads and more offer meals you can eat right there or take home. The Eatery is in its soft-opening phase for now, with a full grand opening coming later in October. It’s very much worth checking out already, as the entire experience feels like a celebration of local business.

That result doubles down on their aim “to be the heart of our community wherever we go. A gathering place where nourishing, unique and wholesome food is not a luxury, but a way of life.” Even the name itself comes from the Latin tolle totum, which means ‘nourish the whole.’
TOTUM is now open daily from 7 am – 9 pm at Harrison Residences, 1120 N Nebraska Ave. To learn more about living at Harrison Residences, and to secure six weeks free on a new lease, visit them here.
