FORT PIERCE — Residents can learn how to recognize and protect themselves from online scams and fraud during a free financial security workshop Tuesday, Oct. 13, at Cobb’s Landing in Fort Pierce.
Sponsored by Siplin Investments and Insurance, the ‘Hidden Risk’ workshop will focus on ways to protect retirement investments and savings from online scams and financial fraud.
The workshop will cover strategies for monitoring financial accounts, recognizing warning signs of scams and defending against online risks.
