The No. 4 Hurricanes will face their biggest rival in prime time.

Miami will kick off against Florida State at 7 p.m. at Hard Rock Stadium on Oct. 17, the ACC announced on Monday. The game will be broadcast on ESPN.

The Hurricanes enter the game on a roll, starting the season 5-0 following a blowout win on the road at Clemson. UM has three ACC wins under its belt.

The Seminoles (3-2, 1-1 ACC) have had an up-and-down start to the season. FSU lost to SMU in its second game and fell to Alabama on the road, but the Seminoles picked up an upset victory against Virginia last week. Florida State dominated the Cavaliers, winning 38-7.

Quarterback Ashton Daniels led the way for the Seminoles against Virginia, rushing for 136 yards and a program-record five touchdowns.

Miami has won the last two matchups against rival FSU, beating the Seminoles in Tallahassee last season. UM leads the all-time series 37-33.

The Hurricanes have played all night games so far this season.
