MARTIN COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — A five-year-old girl from Martin County recently found photos from the morning she was born and asked her mom about the firefighters who helped deliver her — leading to a reunion with the crew five years later.
On April 6, 2020, Martin County Fire Rescue helped deliver a baby in the back of a rescue truck.
Five years later, Charlotte and her mom, Kristina, returned to Station 21 to meet the firefighters who were there that day.
The crew was able to reconnect with the family and see Charlotte again, but this time as a five-year-old.
Martin County Fire Rescue shared photos of the reunion, including one from the day Charlotte was born and another of her now sitting with the firefighters who helped with the delivery.
