TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Arctic air has arrived in our area. A Freeze Warning is in effect tonight into Tuesday morning as lows fall into the 20s to around 30, with the breeze making it feel like low to mid 20s Tuesday morning.
Temperatures should stay just above levels to worry about pipes, but we should absolutely protect people, pets, and plants tonight AND tomorrow night.
The persistent wind will keep frost away tonight, but calm winds tomorrow night will mean LOTS of frost Wednesday morning.
After that, a warming trend is underway, but unfortunately, it will stay dry for at least several days.
