Hillsborough deputies were investigating Wednesday after a woman was found dead at a Tampa apartment complex, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded about 11:40 a.m. to the 12200 block of North 16th Street after the agency’s dispatch center received a 911 call from a person reporting a child was outside “saying their mother is dead,” according to a news release. County paramedics also responded and pronounced the woman dead.
A photo released by the sheriff’s office shows the scene is in the Viva Tampa apartment complex, formerly known as Cinnamon Cove.
No other information has been released.
