In your opinion, is your city generally on the right track or wrong track, and why or why not?
I believe Lauderhill has a lot of potential, but there is still work to be done. I want to see our city continue moving forward with a stronger focus on safer communities, education, youth protection and opportunities for families. I believe residents want leaders who will listen to them, understand their concerns and actually follow through. My goal is to be that type of leader.
List in order of importance the three most important issues in the city and briefly explain what you would do about each.
Safer Communities: Every family should feel safe in their neighborhood. I want to support efforts that improve public safety, lighting and neighborhood conditions and strengthen communication between residents and city leadership.
Education and Youth Protection: Our children deserve safe places to learn, grow and participate in positive activities. I want to help create more opportunities for our youth through education, mentorship, activities and community partnerships.
Community Development and Jobs: I want Lauderhill to continue developing in a way that benefits the people who already live here. I support responsible development, opportunities for local businesses, jobs and connecting residents with resources that can help them succeed.
Do you support or oppose Amendment 3, and why?
I support Amendment 3.
I believe homeowners deserve meaningful property-tax relief. For many families, the cost of owning a home continues to rise, and keeping more of their hard-earned money can make a real difference. As a homeowner and community leader, I support giving families greater protection from increasing property-tax burdens. I also believe government has a responsibility to manage the resources it receives carefully and responsibly.
If you are elected and Amendment 3 passes, you will have to reduce services or raise other fees. Can you cite a specific city program or service that is wasteful or unnecessary?
I believe taxpayers deserve responsible and transparent use of their money. Before calling a particular program wasteful, I would want to review the city’s budget, contracts and spending and understand the results those programs are producing. I would look for ways to eliminate unnecessary spending and improve efficiency while protecting the services residents depend on.
How would you assess your city’s ability to manage growth, development and related issues such as traffic, noise, pollution and demands on city infrastructure?
Lauderhill needs to manage growth carefully and make sure development works for the community. We have to consider traffic, infrastructure, lighting, public safety, noise and the impact development can have on existing neighborhoods. I believe residents should have a voice in these conversations. I would listen to residents and look at development based on how it affects the overall quality of life in Lauderhill.
What single factor most distinguishes you from your opponent and why?
What distinguishes me is my commitment to listening, serving and taking action. I have spent my life serving people as a pastor, educator and principal. I understand the importance of families, education and creating opportunities for young people. I want residents to know that when they bring a concern to me, I will listen. I will work to understand the problem and do everything within my ability to help find a solution.

Have you ever been a party to a lawsuit, including bankruptcy or foreclosure? If so, provide details of the case and disposition.
Yes.
I am currently a party to a pending foreclosure proceeding involving my residential property in Broward County. The lender is Rocket Mortgage. The foreclosure action was filed on September 24, 2026. The matter is currently pending. There has been no foreclosure sale, and the matter has not reached a final disposition.
Have you ever been charged or convicted of a felony or misdemeanor, including an adjudication of guilt withheld? If so, provide charges, dates and terms of sentence.
No.
Why should voters elect you instead of your opponent?
I am running because I believe Lauderhill deserves leadership that listens, serves and creates opportunities. As a pastor, principal, educator and community member, I have spent years working with families and young people. I know that sometimes people don’t need someone to simply hear their problem — they need someone willing to help them find a solution.
I want to bring that same approach to the City Commission. I want to listen to residents, lead by example, create opportunities and help open doors for the people of Lauderhill.
My priorities are simple: safer communities, stronger education, protecting and developing our youth, and creating opportunities for families.I believe the future of Lauderhill is bright, and I want to be part of helping build that future.
