FLEMING ISLAND — Whit’s Frozen Custard will soon be moving in next to O’Reilly Auto Part Store at 1545 County Road 220.
The ice cream shop will take the place of Mathnasium, which has since moved across the way to 1524 County Road 220.
Known as the neighborhood spot for frozen shakes, sundaes and floats, the popular creamery also carries various flavors of the week and Whitsers, a blend of custard and toppings, and Whitties, two cookies with custard in the middle.
There is one other location in Oakleaf at 1075 Oakleaf Plantation Parkway.
The store is currently in its construction phase and will be sharing progress on its Facebook page, Whit’s Frozen Custard of Fleming Island. There is no official opening date as of now.
