Fin Fest St. Petersburg runs from Nov. 13 to 15 at Spa Beach Park on the St. Pete Pier. The festival blends ocean conservation, education, and live music, according to Visit St. Pete/Clearwater. Two days of concerts come first, and a free Family Fun Day wraps things up on Sunday.

Everyone is welcome. Kids 12 and younger get in free when an adult pays.

At the Education Village, visitors can try an underwater virtual reality ride, touch live sea creatures in touch tanks, and join hands-on activities about marine life and ocean care. Guest speakers and science experts will lead talks and panels. Topics haven’t been announced yet.

Stages along the water will feature local and national acts. Food vendors will sell Asian, Caribbean, and Mediterranean dishes, plus seafood, burgers, tacos, and more. Drinks with and without alcohol will be on sale.

Friday, Nov. 13, brings Fitz and The Tantrums, Plain White T’s, Vundabar, Beach Weather, Hotel Fiction, Dani Rucker, and Rohna. The Education Village opens from noon to 10 p.m. The concert area is open from 2 to 10 p.m.

Saturday, Nov. 14, offers Flipturn, Richy Mitch & The Coal Miners, Sun Room, Bay Ledges, Evening Elephants, Tounds, Shevonne & The Force, Speak Easy, and The Annie Dukes. Hours match Friday’s.

Sunday, Nov. 15, is the free Family Fun Day, running from noon to 8:30 p.m. Guests get the Education Village, talks and panels, vendors, food, and entertainment. A DJ and live bands are expected in the evening.

Tickets for Friday and Saturday come in single-day and two-day versions: General Admission, VIP, and Premium VIP. Prices start at $19 for Friday general admission when guests enter before 6 p.m. A two-day Premium VIP pass costs $194, fees included. Two-day General Admission is $69. Two-day VIP is $114.

VIP tickets get main-stage VIP access, a premium viewing area, a shaded lounge with seats, private bars, air-conditioned bathrooms, and artist meet-ups. Premium VIP adds free beer, seltzers, and food. Both VIP levels allow one re-entry each day. General Admission does not allow re-entry.

Paid parking is open in the St. Pete Pier’s Dolphin and Pelican lots, where stays top out at six hours. Other spots include the Sundial Parking Garage, the Al Lang Parking Lot, and metered street parking downtown. The Downtown Looper and the Central Avenue Trolley give free rides to the area. Bikes can park at the pier.

Rain or shine, the festival goes on. Outside food and drinks aren’t allowed. Guests may bring a blanket or towel, but chairs, umbrellas, and tents must stay home. Staff may search bags, and dogs are generally not allowed. Wheelchairs, power scooters, walkers, and other mobility equipment are welcome on site.
