Miami, FL – October 1, 2026 – Community Medical Group (CMG) is proud to announce the grand opening of its newest senior-focused healthcare center, Hialeah (Seniors), is located at 3805 W 20th Avenue, Suite 125, Hialeah, FL 33012. The state-of-the-art facility is now open to the public and provides compassionate, comprehensive primary care and specialized programs designed exclusively for seniors.
Hialeah Seniors was created to support older adults in living healthier, fuller lives through personalized care, chronic disease management, and integrated wellness services—all delivered under one roof. The center accepts most Medicare Advantage plans available in the market and operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
