A pedestrian was rushed to the hospital after they were hit by a car Tuesday morning in Miami, authorities said.
Police said an officer was flagged down in reference to a hit-and-run crash involving a pedestrian shortly before 6 a.m. at Northwest 7th Avenue and 27th Street.
Miami Fire Rescue responded and took the victim, “who was unresponsive but breathing,” to the hospital.
Police said they are investigating and did not immediately provide information on a suspect vehicle.
